According to the law, it is permitted to issue a permit for night fishing.

In addition to the general regulations that apply to all members of the association, there are a number of strict rules that apply to holders of a night fishing permit. Only the rule prohibiting fishing on the pond between half an hour after sunset and half an hour before sunrise is waived. In addition, the following additional rules apply:

Please note: only club night passes are valid. The night pass option on the sport fishing license is not valid on our waters!!

 

1. The night fishing permit is only available to members and costs €10 with a senior permit and valid fishing permit. (No youth members or day ticket holders)

 

2. In the event of a violation, the night fishing permit and possibly also the license may be confiscated, and the holder in question will no longer be eligible for a subsequent night fishing permit.

 

3. Fishing must be done from one spot, straight ahead and no further than the middle of the pond.

 

4. A Shelter may only be used during the night in the form of an umbrella, possibly with a cover or a small fishing tent.

 

5. Code of conduct: excessive consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances are not permitted and may result in the revocation of the night fishing permit and license.

 

6. All waste must be taken home and not deposited in the trash cans.

 

7. Any litter left behind by other anglers within a radius of 10 meters around the fishing spot must be cleared away by the night angler before he starts fishing. This litter may be disposed of in the trash cans.

 

8. A night angler may not cause excesive noise, either personally, with a radio, or with bite alarms.

 

9. Every night fishing permit holder must always have a sturdy, thick, and sufficiently large unhooking mat on which to unhook the caught fish.

 

10. While unhooking and possibly photographing, the fish must be kept on the bank for as short a time as possible. Storage bags and/or keepnets are not permitted.

 

11. The use of unsoaked particles is prohibited. Pre-baiting is prohibited.

 

12. Boats and radio-controlled bait boats are not permitted.

 

13. A night fishing permit holder may have a maximum of one visitor at the pond from 2 hours after sunset until 1 hour before sunrise.

 

14. Each night fishing permit holder must supervise the other anglers. Unresolved issues must be reported to the board.

You will receive the night pass sent to your home address digitally; you must be able to show this completed form during an inspection.
