Reglement visvijver

Violations of the following articles will be punished with temporary expulsion after a warning without appeal.

 

ARTICLE 1
It is prohibited to fish in the waters of H.S.V. “De Overdrijvers” in Luyksgestel without a permit, except for members and day ticket holders. Night fishing is permitted throughout the year, with the exception of nights during competitiondays. Youth members and day ticket holders are not permitted to fish at night.

 

ARTICLE 2
Fishing with two rods is permitted.

 

ARTICLE 3
Membership cards are strictly personal. Members are obliged to show proof of membership to the board, the police, and persons appointed by the board upon request.

 

ARTICLE 4

Fishing permits are sent directly to your home address via Sportvisserij Nederland. For membership information, see the heading: The Association/Membership.


ARTICLE 5
Members may take the following fish species with them: pike, zander, and perch, provided they comply with the legal sizes. All other fish species must be returned to the water immediately. The board is authorized to make changes to this rule. Violations of this rule may result in expulsion from the association.


ARTICLE 6
It is prohibited to use a keepnet (except during competitions)

ARTICLE 7
The board or inspector has the right to inspect whether the keepnet contains undersized fish, prohibited fish feed or fishing gear that is prohibited, or objects that are equivalent to these

 

ARTICLE 8
It is prohibited to fish with fresh bait, colored maggots, and colored feed. Fishing with artificial bait and dead fish is only permitted for members (i.e., not day ticket holders). Fishing with RUBY VER is permitted.

 

ARTICLE 9
For a competition, fishing is permitted with the permission of the board until no later than 5 hours before the start of the competition.

 

ARTICLE 10
Senior members are permitted to fish for predatory fish with two so-called “special” rods. However, closed seasons and other legal provisions (such as minimum fish sizes) must be observed. Artificial bait is permitted.

 

ARTICLE 11
Youth members and non-members are not allowed to fish with a special rod. (Bait with artificial bait, dead fish, or pieces of fish).

 

ARTICLE 12
Day ticket holders may fish with two regular rods.

 

ARTICLE 13


Carp anglers may use a maximum of 500 grams of boilies per day. Do not create feeding spots with corn and/or legumes.
Furthermore, it is prohibited to use a bait boat.
It is strictly forbidden to fish or feed with hard, uncooked corn or legumes. Only fish with soft corn or legumes from the store.
Every angler is expected to fish straight ahead and no further than the middle of the pond.
Tents used for night fishing must be cleared away before 10:00 a.m. and may not remain in place.
The use of an unhooking gauge is mandatory; it must be large and thick enough for carp (at least 10 cm thick and at least 1000 cm long). Photography must also be done above the mat; do not lift the fish higher than knee height.
Landing net size must be at least 40" (101.6 cm).
Always have a bucket available to moisten the mat and the fish (keep the fish out of the water for as little time as possible).
Use fish-safe rigs so that if the line breaks, the fish can always lose the sinker and as little line as possible remains behind.
Disinfect the wound.
No unattended rods.

 

ARTICLE 14
Every member is obliged to ensure that order at the fishing pond is not disturbed. It is also prohibited to dig or otherwise damage banks, embankments, or vegetation.

 

ARTICLE 15
Swimming or skating is prohibited. It is prohibited to be in an obvious state of intoxication at the pond or on the banks.

 

ARTICLE 16
Anglers using two rods may only fish at one fishing spot.

 

ARTICLE 17
All provisions in the internal regulations as well as all attached points also apply to those persons who are given the opportunity to fish on the pond of HSV de “Overdrijvers” by means of day tickets.

 

ARTICLE 18
Every member is obliged to report violations, if possible with witnesses. In cases not covered by these regulations, the board will decide. The board cannot be held liable for theft, damage, or accidents.

 

ARTICLE 19
Night fishing is permitted throughout the year, except for members under the age of 14. If there is a competition, the designated numbers must be vacated before 7 a.m. Furthermore, bait boats are prohibited.

 

ARTICLE 20

Fishing is permitted from half an hour before sunrise until half an hour after sunset, with the exception of the night pass.
